The Mural

The People’s History of El Norte Mural

More information coming soon on this Mural in downtown Las Vegas, New Mexico.

Launched by Miguel Angel with Casa de Cultura and overseen by Art Director Rock Ulibarri,  the mural is a joint project of Casa de Cultura and the city of Las Vegas, New Mexico.  Over 300 students and additional community members spent over 10,000 in-kind hours working on the mural.  The mural is dedicated to and inspired by Howard Zinn’s A People’s History of the United States.
